Élevage for 24 months in a 500 liter Italian Terracotta Amphora and a 225 liter neutral oak barrel. Racked and bottled during descending moons with no additions. A gentle decant is suggested as wine may contain sediment. Ingredients: Grapes.
Analysis: 3.32p | TA: 0.77 g/l | RS: 0.08 g/l
Tasting Notes: I think this is one of the most French Grenache we have ever made. On the nose California pepper tree, oak forest and a light char. Bright limestone acidity and balanced tannin with bay leaf and eucalyptus under cherry plum fruit. Lingering finish, perfect with barbequed vegetables or red meat. -Gelert
