Tasting Notes: Aromas full of ripe berries and earthy tea or tobacco leaf. Tart cherry hits the palate up front with subdued strawberries and figs with freshly crushed thyme, finishes smooth with leather and dark plum. Pairs well with Italian Pasta dishes or red meats.
