Vinification: Hand picked early in the morning and then gently foot stomped in Italian Terracotta Amphorae. Skin maceration for 13 days then pressed over the skins of Grenache Blanc and Marsanne. Élevage for 14 months in a 500 liter Amphora. Racked and bottled during descending moons with no additions. Ingredients: Grapes.

Tasting Notes: Super approachable for an AmByth Syrah with a french-like happy level of oxidized nose of damp oak forest. Elegant and lean with fresh minerality on the palette with dark fruit. Cacao nibs linger with a dry finish. -Gelert
